Talent management, performance review & succession planning Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.
At least 5 years ‘experience in a similar position.
Experience in a sector mixing white & blue collars.
Dutch speaking with a good level of French.
Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
